Wyatt & Cameron Goins Medical Fund

This GoFundMe will raise funds to help support Nick and Lara. It will help with any expenses they may incur - medical, food, lodging and travel, or whatever expenses arise.

On October 25, 2016, Wyatt and Cameron were born to Lara and Nick Goins. 

Wyatt was born naturally at 1 pound 8 ounces and ten minutes later, Cameron was born by emergency C-section at 1 pound, 10 ounces.  They were born at 25 weeks and 1 day gestation.  Fortunately for all involved, Lara was already at the hospital when they were born. 

Their small size and early birthday came as a by-product of TTTS - Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome.  TTTS sometimes results when twins share a blood supply - which sometimes happens when twins share a placenta. 

We're not sure of how long their hospital stay will be, but it is safe to say that they will be there well into 2017, as their expected due date was around the end of January.

Wyatt and Cameron are starting their lives with a major fight ahead of them.  Nick and Lara will be there for them.  And we will be here for Nick and Lara.
