Help Great Vibe Events Make a Difference

Dear Family and Friends,

We need your help to support Great Vibe Events, a non-profit organization that creates monthly events for adults 18 years and above with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Our inspiration for Great Vibe Events is our beloved daughter and sister Faith Boone.

Faith Boone was born with Down Syndrome and passed away, too soon, from a heart defect. Faith touched our lives in ways that words cannot express. She taught us how to love, laugh, and live with joy and gratitude. We wanted to honor Faith’s memory by creating opportunities for other special needs adults to socialize, learn, and have fun. We realized that there was a gap in the community for such events, so we decided to fill it with Great Vibe Events.

Our first event was a huge success! We had 60 amazing participants, 40 supportive parents, and 24 enthusiastic volunteers. We had music, games, crafts, snacks and fun comptition. Everyone had a blast and made new friends. We were overwhelmed by the positive feedback and the demand for more events. In fact, we had 197 people, who did not get registered in time, sign up for our mailing list to get notified about our next event!

Great Vibe Events is more than just a fun activity. It is a way to empower, inspire, and include adults with disabilities in a social event meant for them. It is a way to celebrate their talents, skills, and personalities. It is a way to create a community of acceptance, respect, and love.

But we can’t do it alone. We need your help to keep Great Vibe Events going for years to come. We are asking for donations to cover the costs of equipment, clothing, operating expenses, website development, and monthly events. No amount is too small or too big. Every dollar counts and makes a difference.
