THE WORLD WAS A BETTER PLACE YESTERDAY…..

The world was a better place yesterday, with Eric Groebner amongst us. Eric was a doting husband to Holly, an amazing father to Maxwell (8) and Leo (5), and a friend to many. Eric was a police officer for the City of Anoka for the past nine years and exampled all the attributes our society needs in a public servant. He was unwavering in his morals and ethics and treated all those he had contact with true empathy and professionalism regardless of who he was interacting with.

Eric passed away unexpectedly on September 14th while at home. He leaves behind his wife, children, and too many loved ones and friends to count. Many heavy hearts in his passing and his law enforcement family lost one of their best.

This “GoFund” campaign is being formed to recognize Eric’s impact on all those he interacted with, professionally and personally, and to be a source of financial support in his absence for his sons future educational aspirations.
