Because Equality is Beautiful

As you probably know, my name is Hashim Bello. You may not know that I am passionate about education.

What I mean is I believe Education is one of the key pillars of a happy life. I do not mean Education in the narrow sense of school systems, standardized testing, and a series of milestones. I mean Education in the sense of acquiring skills that increase my, your, everyone's ability to acheive their dreams of personal accomplishment.

Equality Charter School exists in the traditional framework, but has dreams that resound for me in that broader sense of Education.

Two fun facts about ECS:
The 8th grade outperformed other schools in its district, the Bronx, and NYC on both Math and ELA. In each case, the median was within 3 points of the mean. For you fellow math lovers, this means that there are very few outliers; the entire group is performing well.
