A Happy Retirement for Afagh (Shhh!)

Hello Hill & Dale Community! As you may have heard, our beloved Afagh Hamid will be retiring at the end of May after 32 years of taking care of our littlest ones at the Infant and Toddler Learning Center.  Afagh has been an extraordinary presence and source of joy and comfort, for parents and infants alike, throughout that time, and will be sorely missed. Having devoted so much of her time and energy to taking care of all of our families, though, we now want to do something special for Afagh. Please consider contributing to send Afagh off on a terrific retirement vacation where she can spend time and make memories with her own family on a new adventure (but please keep this a secret - this is a surprise for her as we bid her a happy farewell!).

We suggest giving $1 for each diaper you think Afagh changed for your child during their time in her care. For some of you though, that could be a rather large number, so please give whatever you feel you can - $10, $25, $100 - any amount is appreciated! We also know that for our current parents, this falls right in the middle of a number of other asks from Hill & Dale - but given Afagh's importance to our Hill & Dale community and her enduring care of all our children, we want to do something special for her as we say goodbye to her this month.
