SUPPORT DOG JACK needs help with medical care

HELP REGISTERED SUPPORT DOG GET VETERINARIAN ATTENTION.

Every single dollar can be valuable contribution.

Jack is battling cancer please help him receive the care he deserves.

JACK is such a a sweet boy who deserves help. And every dollar helps his owner Dustin to pay for Jack's medical bills and the care that his veterinarian has recommended.

Jack has been struggling with health issues for awhile and has recently been diagnosed with cancer. His vet believes Jack can benefit from medical treatment.

Jack is a certified as a medical needs support dog who is loved and needed.

His owner needs and loves him very much and will do without himself, in order to help Jack but, his owner has disabilities of his own and can work only what his disabilities will allow (hence the registered support dog) He is unable to do this for Jack without help.

PLEASE HELP so Dustin can give Jack what he and his Vet feel is the best for Jack.

I'm helping raise the money needed for Jack's treatment because he is just such a special and deserving little boy.

And because Jack is my 80 yr old Dad's favorite neighbor. My Dad adores "his little buddy Jack" and looks forward to the visits when Jack is feeling well enough for walks he stops to visit my Dad and others in the neighborhood.

Side note, Jack and his owner Dustin are the neighbors who stopped to help my parents hanging a screen door. Not because he knew them well at the time but just because they are nice neighbor guys. The kind who deserve kindness.

My Dad asked if I might know how to help because Jack is LOVED and adored by all his neighbors. And then I met Jack. Who could say NO to this sweet little guy and my adorable 80yr old Dad.

So here I am are asking for any little bit you can spare.
