Lets get Quizzical! Quiz Night in aid of HUGS.



As most of you know, and for those of you that don’t, HUGS is a charity that Core is associated with, through our CSR programme.

The charity 'Help Us Give Smiles', or HUGS works in conjunction with Terry Child Support and Youth Resource Centre in Machakos, Kenya, a community-based organisation that counters the plight of orphans and other less fortunate children. HUGS is a self-activated charity programme that offers volunteers the chance to participate in short-term volunteering work in Kenya. Those that travel with the charity are known as 'Huggers'.

Over the last number of years, Core 'Huggers' have made many trips to Kenya with HUGS and saw the amazing results the money raised made to the children from nights like this, and it is important to note that every cent donated was spent to help the children.

HUGS has a simple mission: to bring support, education and hope to some of the world's poorest children and communities.
