The Howard University Step Team takes Apollo

The Howard University Step Team is back. We are a team of budding professionals with various talents, yet we all share the passion of step, and this year we are better than ever! This semester we have been privileged enough to be accepted to compete in the UpStaged 2023 NCPA/NHSPA College & High School Step Championship, at the Apollo Theater in New York City! With your assistance, we would be able to bring our team to compete and represent our university at the step championship.

Our influence does not only travel through the sound waves of our steps but through our love of service. This competition allows us to compete on behalf of an organization in the NY area! As we kickstart consistent volunteering services targeting the greater D.C. and Howard communities, this competition allows us to service other communities as well! We will forever instill the same values of leadership, excellence, truth, and service of our predecessors and the university on and beyond the stage.

We strive for greatness and with your help getting to the Big Apple, we can achieve that! We have a team of 30+ members and we aim to take at least 20 of our teammates to compete! You would be helping with :
