Help Victor Overcome Cancer and Financial Hardship
Donation protected
My name is Victor, and I’m a 65-year-old cancer survivor living in Maryland. Over the past three years, I’ve faced an unimaginable journey through four major surgeries and countless treatments, beginning with a life-altering emergency surgery in 2021 to remove a large portion of my intestine. This left me with a colostomy bag, and the road to recovery was long and difficult. I also underwent dialysis and chemotherapy, which has left me with neuropathy, affecting my balance and causing frequent falls.
After two years of fighting for my health and regaining some normalcy, in early 2024, I received devastating news: the cancer had returned, this time in my liver. In July 2024, I underwent another major surgery to remove a portion of my liver, and was sent to a rehabilitation center for recovery.
The surgeries and treatments have left me physically disabled and unable to work. My limited disability income makes it nearly impossible to cover these unexpected expenses, let alone the mountain of medical bills and basic living expenses I face while trying to recover.
I’m humbly asking for your help to assist with retaining and attorney and my living expenses as I transition back home. Your support will help me get back on my feet as I navigate this next phase of recovery and reclaim some stability in my life.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for giving me hope during this difficult time.
