Helping Aaron Restart after Flood

Let’s help this combat Veteran rebuild his life after a flood! My name is Seth; I’m a friend of United States Army combat Veteran and single-parent Aaron Grunenwald. We served together with the 10th Mountain Division (LI) 1st Brigade 3rd battalion 6th field artillery regiment. Aaron needs all of our help to rebuild his life after his Apartment was recently flooded with sewage destroying everything he and his daughter possessed.

True to Aaron’s strong sense of purpose in serving the community, Aaron currently works for an agency that helps rehabilitating criminal offenders become functional contributing members of the community by responsibly reintegrating offenders back into their respective communities. Aaron proudly and honorably served his country from 2004-2009 and served two of those years in Iraq. Having served with Aaron in Iraq I can attest to the laudable quality of his character which is why I am driven to assist him and his daughter in getting back all that Aaron had worked so very hard for as well as recoup the costs of his hotel lodging and food.
You may be wondering if he has renters insurance. He in-fact has renter’s insurance but the coverage doesn’t include loss or damage due to flood. To further the misfortune his landlord is not liable for Aaron’s loss or damaged personal possessions. Thankfully The American Red Cross will briefly provide Aaron and his daughter Audrey with hotel accommodations during this crisis. Aaron has lost everything, and the Red Cross is only able to assist him and his daughter with two more days of lodging so it is urgent that we assist him now through this campaign.
Anyone who knows Aaron knows that he is someone who has a strong sense of humor that everyone benefits from. In fact his sense of humor is likely what is helping him and his daughter through this difficult time. But frankly, he is going to need a lot of help himself. Possessions destroyed by the flood include all of his electronics, dressers, clothes, and furnishings. He’s working on retrieving his security deposit from his landlord in order to make ends meet and begin to start over. Meanwhile Aaron’s savings is depleted and using credit will place an enormous financial burden on Aaron in the long-run

Aaron can’t do this alone and neither can we, but together we can help ease the burden of this misfortune. Please be assured that all of this fund will go to Aaron Grunenwald and no one else and for no other purpose than to rebuild his life and help him cover the costs of living in a hotel with his daughter until he receives his security deposit and is able to find a new apartment.
