Baba's Journey
After making a few temporary homes in Manitoba over the past 2 years, Sai Baba has chosen the beautiful rural community of Teulon, about 25 minutes drive from Winnipeg, as his home in Manitoba. We, the team of volunteers, are able to accomplish the following:
(a) Brought Sai Baba’s beautiful statues from India (already arrived);
(b) Elegant dresses to grace Baba;
(c) Created a ramp to enable equal accessibility for all;
(d) Cleaned and maintained the building;
(e) Fixed the pluming and washrooms;
(f) Setup hand sanitizers; and
(g) Procured and arranged the appliances and equipment.
However more work is needed before the temple can open to the public.
Your donations will be used to
(a) replace the current leaking roof in the building (change shingles, downspouts and gutters);
(b) conduct some building repairs;
(c) Install shoe-racks;
(d) fix the electricals;
(e) prepare a stage for baba; and
(f) perform initial setups.
(f) perform initial setups.
Your donations will also help the rural community of Teulon since we intend to use the local suppliers and contractors to the maximum capability.
