Help Carly Jo, Jay, their 4 children & their community...

Dear friends, family & community,

Recently, alongside so many others, our dear friends Carly Jo, Jay, their four beautiful children (ages 5-12), and dog Jasper lost the Topanga home they were living in and all their precious belongings, none of which are covered by fire insurance.

Our beloved Carly Jo has called Topanga her sweet home for 15 years, has been a loving steward of the community and has devoted her life to healing the hearts of so many through her gift of breathwork, song, art and her presence. Jay is a beyond talented writer whose thoughtful work has touched so many lives. He is executive director of the non-profit wilderness survival school called the Boulder Outdoor Survival School - an organization he’s devoted his work life to because it takes people deep into nature and teaches them how to appreciate what they already have. It’s a helpful perspective both Jay and Carly have drawn on as they face rebuilding everything in their lives.

Together with their children, they walk a life with true love and intention and as part of their community, we have the honor of showing up for them as they have for so many others.

While receiving feels uncomfortable for them, their friends have rallied around them to do all we can to help them rebuild their lives. Carly’s wishes - if we were to go forward with this outreach - was that 75% of the proceeds would be given to support the community and other families who have also lost everything.
