Help Haneen's Family Escape the Shadows of Death in Gaza

Donation protected
Hi, This is Alfred Elajez and I am helping friends to gather some funds to evacuate Gaza. "1 USD = Apx 11 SEK"

Here's their story

Hello, compassionate souls of GoFundMe,

Every day, Mary asks me, 'Is there a war everywhere in the world, auntie? Is there a place without fear?

To generous hearts who are reading my sorrowful story:

My name is Haneen, I am 24 years old, a daughter born and raised in Gaza in a family of 15, and I am reaching out to you with an appeal for help that weighs heavily on my heart.

  • Please, check the DRIVE link below to see the destruction that happened to our street and our Neiborhood by this war.

Perhaps the number itself is disastrous enough to illustrate the misery we are living in as we strive to ensure the safety of my family amidst the turmoil of Gaza epically over the 8 months due to war we are witnessing.

From this campaign, we aim to raise funds so we can make it to America. For us, leaving is not just a matter of choice but a necessity for survival. It's about seeking refuge in a land where children can grow up without the fear of bombs and bullets.

Our family is all bound together by love and a shared dream of a better future. Every one of us has lost what it could means everything and anything. (House- jobs- money- car-dignity- strength).

Allow me to show you how we suffer in this war, and why we need to evacuate the city.

Fatima and Mary,

Their joy was indescribable on their first day of school. This war destroyed their school, took the lives of many of their friends, (Donia- Shahed- Rasheed- Mohaned and Salma). and subjected them to undeserved suffering at their young age.

My aunt (Marwa)

My aunt Marwa is deaf and mute, suffering from severe and extremely dangerous neurological and psychological problems. This war specifically has affected her to a degree that brings her close to madness.

She is not able to hear properly, but the terrifying bomb blasts that we cannot bear, and the earth-shaking beneath us, make her feel and fear, rushing to one of us for help!
We all wish to extend our hands to help her escape from this hell.

Khaleel,
Now, he is asking me terrible questions that I cannot answer about body parts, crops and death.
He really needs an urgent help of going out of this hell!

He is our sweet youngest at home, Khaleel, who is 5 years old, was filled with indescribable happiness on his first day of kindergarten.

My Parents (Khaleel and Fatema):
Both of them are facing serious health issues:
My mother is suffering from heart disease, while my father is struggling with chronic diabetes and hypertension.

Unfortunately, due to this war and the lack of medicine here, we cannot even obtain the medicine they require, epically when they hear about the destruction of our home.

Hatem: (my brother who got injured THREE times in this war)
My brother, Hatem, has lost his office, job, and house. Hatem's career as a lawyer has been completely disrupted by the deaths of half of his clients.

His office and house were completely destroyed when a missile struck the neighbors, resulting in the deaths of six people.

Sorry about the image

Grandparents (Mousse and Raesaa),
My grandparents have faced unimaginable challenges due to the lack of medical instruments and food.

My grandfather is battling lymph node cancer, in addition to suffering from diabetes and hypertension.
My grandmother, unable to move from one place to another due to her paralysis and Alzheimer's disease, faces additional hurdles.

Me & Joumana:
Joumana is my beloved and only sister, a brilliant and professional dentist. She cries every night upon hearing news of her patients' deaths.

Her most recent breakdown occurred when she known that the tower containing her clinic had been bombed. She was completely devastated.

Ezz AL-Deen,
My 17-year-old brother stopped attending school because it no longer exists. He is eager to continue his education outside of Gaza.

My brother Hatem, who suffered a serious injury in his back due to a shell that hit our house before it was bombed.
My brother Ezz, who suffered burns and moderately serious wounds due to the same missile

Lolly Cat,
Our cat Lolly, who is pregnant with two kittens, got her leg injured by shrapnel due to this war. Additionally, we have been unable to provide her with the food and care she is accustomed to.

Our sweet Home,
I will leave the photo speaks:

The funds we raise will cover the following expenses:

- Transportation.
- Accommodation.
- Resettlement in a new country.
- Medical care.
- Food.
- Emergency funds.

We require:

- $150,000 to evacuate from Gaza to Egypt and then to America for 15 people.

- $20,000 for the medical care of my grandparents and parents.
- $10,000 to secure travel documents.
- $60,000 for resettlement in America.

Every cent will be meticulously allocated to ensure the safety and well-being of my family.
