Help new widower Khaled provide for his children after war

Hello beloveds, I am Rosie from Wales and I am writing this Go Fund Me on behalf of my dear friend Khaled. This beautiful young couple Khaled and Ahlam Almedna were visiting Mecca when the genocide started. This left them stuck in Cairo and separated from their whole family including their toddler Majd who is only two. I got to know Khaled and Ahlam through a mutual friend who had met them in Egypt. Their love, warmth and pain from being separated from their family in North Gaza, especially Majd were obvious immediately.
Ahlam was nine months pregnant when we met. She was so stressed and anxious about giving birth without her family. She wrote to me “I am too small for this psychological stress.” Tragically, beautiful, kind, sweet Ahlam died five days after giving birth to her second son Kamal (who is doing well Alhamdulillah).
She was a martyr to this genocide even though she was in Egypt. Her name meant “Dreams” and she had so many. Now Khaled who also had his dreams for his family and life, and who was already in a lot of pain, is now dealing with this devastating loss of Ahlam. All this as he navigates suddenly being a single father, separated from his family and firstborn son, in another country, with none of his previous resources available.
Khaled is an accountant and his house and business which he worked so hard to build were destroyed so he has no resources or savings or anything to rely on except the good will and kindness of others. He needs help to raise money to evacuate Majd from North Gaza, who he has been separated from for eight months.
He also needs support to cover the cost of living for himself and baby Kamal in Cairo, and to rebuild a life for both of his children following such heart breaking loss and stress. Funds are needed for rent, food, nappies, formula, and to provide this beautiful little family with the cushion they need to start a new life.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
