Help Mark Moriarty

Mark is in need of Financial help for medical costs and living expenses. Due to constant back issues which resulted in a spinal fusion he has been out of work for over 9 months and he has become buried in medical and financial debt and is close to losing his medical insurance for falling behind on his premiums. Anyone who knows him knows he hates asking for help but his medical issues aren't progressing as was hoped and he is worried that he won't be able to return to work for awhile still. Please help with what you can.
