My Grand Daughter Hailey Wudwud needs your help!!

Back in July, 2018 our world was turned upside down my year and a half old grand daughter Hailey Wudwud sounded like she had a never ending cold and congestion. We have seen multiple doctors and specialists in our home town Regina, Saskatchewan who have done scopes and X-rays and have have prescribed antibiotics and inhalers to treat chest infections and asthma, they also felt she may have allergies. Hailey kept progressively getting worse x-rays were now showing fluid on her lungs, we were referred to Saskatoon to see another specialist and finally this day arrived February 5th 2019. Hailey was given a thorough work up, a scope, X-rays and a CT scan they seen something which led doctors to do more investigation she was immediately booked for a scope to look into her throat and airways. Hailey struggled to breath and was put on a ventilator, she was in surgery for 3 hours where doctors discovered she had something lodged in her throat which had grown over. Doctors worked frantically trying to dislodge what ended up being a flat plastic eye ball from a teddy bear, it was approximately the size of a loonie. Hailey remained on a ventilator until February 15th 2019. Another scope has been done and they discovered she has a small leek between her trachea and esophagus the hopes are that it will heal on its own, Hailey requires around the clock monitoring and oxygen, she is unable to eat therefore a feeding tube was put in. Hailey’s hole in her throat has not healed therefore she requires another surgery to repair the leak, however Hailey has struggled with fevers, infections, etc, several surgeries have had to be cancelled as a result. On March 24th 2019 Hailey gave us all quite a scare she once again struggled to breath so they put her on high flow oxygen and monitored her closely in the event they might have to put her back on a ventilator. Tomorrow April 3rd 2019 doctors are going to attempt surgery to close the leak between her trachea and esophagus this is a risky surgery which will require doctors to shut down one lung while they repair the hole. This has been a long and difficult struggle for both Hailey and her family, Hailey is the second youngest of 7 siblings with the youngest just 3 months old, mom and dad have been by Hailey’s side at the Saskatoon hospital since February, I (grandma) have been watching the other 6 grandchildren. Hailey’s parents are struggling financially as expenses and bills back home in Regina are adding up, they have had car repairs and additional costs for travel, food, and lodging, they have exhausted all their resources. They pay for her special formula around $110 per weeks and other medications. On July 24th she has an appointment again in Saskatoon with 2 Dr's to see if she has improved, they booked another and hopefully her last surgery on Sept. 5th to use part of her stomach and repair the holes etc. They hope she will be eating by Christmas! She has to this date been on the news in the newspaper and radio to warn all parents about plastic eyeballs on toys for children. I have set up a go fund me, no donation is too small, if you are unable to assist financially than please say a prayer. Thank you
