Access Employment Limited is a Social Enterprise providing disadvantaged people with training and employment opportunities, enhancing their lifestyle, and thus allowing them to operate more effectively in the community. AEL's aim is to develop sustainable businesses in which we can provide disadvantaged people with the skills, experience and confidence to find employment within the open labour market. AEL also aims to create employment within our own businesses for those we are seeking to help.

Our Garden Centre ‘Naggy Burn’ provides real opportunity for our fabulous trainees to gain lasting and worthwhile experience of life in a retail garden centre. They’re able to follow a process from start to finish whilst enjoying the outdoors and getting in touch with nature. Every donation makes a real life, long lasting difference.

Our polytunnels offer a sheltered space where our trainees can learn, engage and thrive in a safe place. Protected from the elements it means this can happen every day. We’re really stuck without these!
