Help refurbish Bidborough's Play park

We’d like to provide all the children who live in or visit Bidborough with a fantastic new play area on the Arthur Nicolson Recreation Ground.

 

If you’re a kid at heart or were once a child yourself, you’ll know the attraction of new play equipment: cue excitement, energy, laughter, colour, challenges, dizziness, friends, fun, chasing, shouting, hiding, climbing, swinging, jumping, spinning, chatting, comparing, competing, imagination, smiling...

We, through "The Friends of Bidborough Play Park" and with lots and lots of help from kind supporters, have driven a successful fundraising campaign, raising £44,000 so far! We have raised this from events, raffles and generous donations.

We are currently making a last ditch appeal to everyone in Bidborough to donate as much as they can reasonably part with, on top of all their gifts and effort thus far.

This is a once in a generation appeal, so please give generously if you can – then come and see the happiness you’ve created.
