Help Ruby and her Children with Legal Fees

Ruby was unfortunately the victim of a hate crime that took place at Walmart in Manitowoc, WI on 9/10/2020.  Suspect Cathy Yauch had placed a paper on Ruby's windshield that was meant to look like a hunting license for (n-word). Cathy was taken into custody on a felony charge of terroristic threat with hate crime as an enhancer. Without proper notice to Ruby, Cathy was released on a signature bond (9/14). The circumstances around this case this far have led us to question who Manitowoc County is truly protecting. Because of Cathy's criminal history and the threat she put on Ruby's car, Ruby is understandably afraid for her and her children's safety. She is currently a single mother of four and is in dire need of funds to help pay for a legal counsel in regard to Manitowoc County’s treatment of this case.
