Help Seham Naftaji family to rebuild their home

From the heart of Gaza, I am Siham Naftji. My family, once complete, now feels fragmented, our unity shattered by the relentless storms of adversity. In January, amidst the chaos, we welcomed our fifth member into this world, but the joy was overshadowed by the aftermath of a disappointing cesarean section.

We mourn not just the loss of our physical home in the once-standing Al-Awda towers of northern Gaza but also the erosion of our means of survival. My husband Abdalaziz M. A. Nefatji livelihoods vanished with his job in driving and distribution, leaving us adrift in a sea of uncertainty.

As if fate sought to test the limits of our endurance, my two daughters, Misk and Sarah, tender souls aged eight and five, now grapple with the unseen scars of war that ravage their innocent minds.

Today, we find ourselves homeless, seeking refuge beneath the unforgiving sky, buffeted by winds that mirror the turbulence within our hearts. And amidst this turmoil, my precious Amir, plagued by a relentless chest crisis since birth, requires warmth and solace.

Turning to the digital realm, I have chosen to share our raw, unfiltered reality through the lens of YouTube, a humble attempt to shed light on the harsh existence we endure in Gaza.

In closing, I implore you to join us, to become a beacon of hope in our darkest hour. With your support, however small, we can rebuild our sanctuary, shield our children from harm, and piece together the fragments of their weary spirits.

Regarding the management of donation funds, Ahmed A. A. Ramadan, a close friend of the family and a member of the donation campaign, will be responsible for receiving the money via his bank account, which he will then send to my relative Yasser O. A. Mekdad in Egypt via Western Union transfer. Yasser will then gradually send the transfers via Vodafone Cash to Gaza.

من قلب الحصار في غزة ، أُدعى سهام نفطجي ، عائلتي مكونة من أربعة أفراد وخامسنا جاء في شهر يناير ، بعد ولادة قيصرية كانت نتائجها غير مرضية تماما . فقدنا منزلنا الدافئ في شمال قطاع غزة في منطقة أبراج العودة و فقدنا مصدر رزقنا ، حيث كان يعمل زوجي عبد العزيز محمد صائب علي نفطجي في مجال السياقة و التوزيع . بعدها أصبحت طفلتاي ، مسك-ذات الثمانية أعوام و سارة ذات الخمسة أعوام يعانين نفسياً بسبب الحرب الشرسة على قطاع غزة . أصبحنا الآن بدون مأوى وبدون أدنى دخل لتلبية احتياجات أطفالنا اليومية ، والآن نحن نعيش في خيمة تحت السماء و بين الرياح العاصفة ، في حين أنه لا بدّ من تدفئة طفلي الصغير ، أمير ، الذي يعاني من أزمة صدرية حادة منذ الولادة . بدأت بنشر المعاناة الحقيقية في مخيمات النازحين بدون تكلّف أو تصنّع بصورتها الحقيقية عبر اليوتيوب ، لتوثيق الحياة الصعبة التي نعيشها في غزة.

في النهاية .. أتمنى أن تكونوا جزءًا و لو صغيراً من الداعمين كي نستطيع إعادة بناء منزلنا لإيواء أطفالي و حماية صغيري و ترميم ما تبقى من نفسيتهم المتعبة !

‎بالنسبة لإدارة المال الخاص بالتبرعات ، سيقوم أحمد رمضان والذي هو صديق مقرب للعائلة وهو عضو حملة التبرع ، حيث سيقوم باستقبال المال عبر حسابه البنكي والذي بدوره سيرسله إلى احد أقربائي ياسر مقداد في مصر عبر حوالة ويسترن يونيون الذي بدوره سوف يرسل الحوالات تباعا عبر فودافون كاش الى غزة.
