Help Zakaria and his family of 11 in West Bank.

I am making this donation page for my very dear friend, Zakaria, and his family of 11 who live together in the West Bank, of Palestine.

All funds will be sent directly to Zakaria and his family to help them in this time of uncertainty with necessary living expenses such as food, water, medicine, electricity, bills, etc, to survive the current ongoing "war" and violently escalated illegal occupation in Palestine for the unpredictable months to come.

The conditions in Gaza have become devastatingly and unimaginably worse than usual since early October of 2023, when the current Genocide and ethnic cleansing began (again). After 160 days of bombing, massacres, and horror, over 40,000 innocent civilians have been slaughtered by the IDF Zionists, 14,861+ of them being children. The level of destruction is unfathomable, and the Palestinians continue to live in deadly turmoil.

The ongoing genocide and bombings in Gaza have spread throughout the West Bank as settlers continue their siege and occupation of more Palestinians land each day. The IDF invade the surrounding areas, taking over homes with no justification, abducting and beating or murdering civilians, and enforcing their brutalities at will. Although the West Bank has been illegally occupied by "Settlors" since 1948, the recent events have brought a rapidly corrupt and horrific increase.

The funds raised will go towards aiding Zakaria and his family, in this desperate time when support is severely needed.

Zakaria is a young man, 20 years of age, he is deeply kind, caring, and brilliant. He is a student who was studying nursing/ medicine before the ongoing genocide and "war" began, which has thwarted his ability to continue his studies. Rather, he has had to focus on surviving and helping to care for his family. In the home lives his mother, father, brothers, and sisters; his youngest brother is only 7 years old.

The family lives in the heavily occupied territory of the West Bank, where Israeli military forces and checkpoints are at every corner. Life under oppressive occupation has always been difficult, although, with the recent uprising and conflicts since October, a life of safety has grown increasingly onerous.

Israeli army tanks and soldiers armed with artillery weapons patrol the streets, inflicting terror and gruesome assaults on civilians. Drones and military aircrafts fly overhead regularly, imposing threats in every direction, creating a hellish reality. There has been a significant rise in the Israeli settlers moving in while displacing and taking over Palestinian lands. On February 21, 2024 alone, the IOF abducted over 40 Palestinian civilians in the West Bank from the street with no reasoning. On February 22, Israeli forces raided his neighboring families home, detaining women, children and elders, while leaving behind 3 murdered relatives. The situation is dire and worsens by the day. The IDF soldiers are constantly illegally abducting, assaulting, and murdering civilians with no justification and the situation are only getting worse as the days pass.

These conditions have made transporting and leaving the house gravely dangerous and challenging. The peril and unknown brutalities that wait outside of their door are unfathomable. The family has been unable to work and make money due to these harsh circumstances and the deeply troubling situation at hand. They are desperately struggling to obtain the basic needs of sustaining and survival; primarily food, water, and medicine. (The average cost of living for a family of 11 is approximately $3,000+ per or 10,906 ILS per month, and more considering the prices for everything has increased since the war and resources are more limited).

Please donate whatever you can to help this beautiful and innocent family. To know a Palestinian is to love a Palestinian. They are the kindest, most humble, and honorable people I've ever known. The characteristics of Palestinians are to give and care for one another as if they share the same blood. Please embody this mindset that we would all greatly benefit from adapting to.
