Please help me get my mom a home nurse and therapy

Hi, my name is Natalie. On November 28. My mother suffered from a brain aneurysm. Before this she was very active. She loves to cook, dance, and travel. She is the heart and sole of this family. She has 3 daughters and 6 grandsons and they miss her terribly. She is 73 and looks 60, she is too young for this. She has recovered about 60% since the aneurysm. Now the hospital is saying that she is well enough to go home but she’s going to need a lot of help at home. My father is a disabled Marine Corps Vietnam Vet who received the purple heart and he is not strong enough to see his wife of 54years suffer. He is too proud to ask for help. But he’s 75 and I worry for him too. I really need to get her a home nurse aide and a physical therapist. Insurance only covers so much. My dad got Hospice to send all the medical equipment so that we can take care of her at home She should have a lot of physical therapy not lay there and waste away. I am not skilled in the medical field so I need a lot of help The doctor says, with help she can make a full recovery Please help.
