Help Lincoln Walk Again: Surgery Needed
Donation protected

- Meet our boy Lincoln! He’s a sweet and affectionate 3-year-old kitty who was adopted along with his brother. Recently, Lincoln was diagnosed with Feline Intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), a rare and serious condition “that can affect cats, causing pain, discomfort, and mobility issues. It occurs when the discs between the vertebrae of the spine deteriorate or herniate into the spinal cord space, compressing the spinal cord and pressing on the nerves that run through it. This can lead to nerve damage, pain, and even paralysis.”
Lincoln is in a lot of pain. He is on steroids and pain medication but he ultimately needs a surgery called a laminectomy. He has stopped socializing and hides all day. He does not want to be touched and does not snuggle with his family or his brother anymore. It is very difficult for Lincoln to even walk. Please help Lincoln feel better and get the surgery he so desperately needs! I have an invoice from the veterinary hospital that I will try to post. Any donation matters! Thank you!
