Update as of Oct.3rd 2024 Amanda has received news that there condo they have lived in 13 years is being sold at this time when rents higher than ever! They are in the process of moving now. Anything would help as expenses are adding up. With chemo most weeks Amanda does not have the strength to even help in the ways she’s used to. Hi my name is Amy and I’m trying to help raise money for my best friend of 23 years Mandy. Mandy is a 37 year old single hardworking mother. She has received some devastating news and is unable to work. She and her family were saddened by her diagnosis of stage 4 liver cancer. Amanda is in a lot of pain has swelling of her abdomen and is unable to work. She also had to take a leave of absence from school. As many people do she works a 9-5 paycheck to paycheck. These funds would help with car payments medical expenses and rent. Anything will help to take the stress and worry off this family so Mandy can put her energy into fighting this battle with cancer.
