I need a Miracle

My name is Michelle and in a couple weeks I will be 70 years old. 10 years ago we moved from San Diego to New Orleans and both my adult son, Mike and myself started having one medical issue after the other. My son is now disabled, unable to work and I support and take care of him. Over the past several years I have had numerous procedures and surgeries and will be having an MRI in 4 days to identify the cause of the extreme pain I have in my lower back. L-1 thru L-5, I walk with a cane now and don't want whatever is wrong to get worse so that I'm unable to walk.
My biggest fear is I will die leaving my son with no one to take care of him and no where to live. We are renters. After going through Hurricane Ida, our 4th hurricane in 9 years of living in New Orleans, we decided we are moving back to CA. The hurricane hit right in the middle of both of us having COVID. We have been vaccinated so it was breakthrough COVID and horrible to live thru, then the hurricane hit leaving us with no electricity/water/air conditioning/internet for 12 days. It was 105 degrees inside our home. All the food in the fridge and freezer and my chest freezer rotted and there is no place to go to get that money back. It was the most miserable experience I've personally ever had. So we decided we are not going through another hurricane.
I have been saving money to buy my son a house so that when I die I know he will have a roof over his head. I am also setting up a trust for him to give him living expense money and pay the taxes and insurance on the new house.
A number of people suggested I put up a Go Fund Me to help me get the down payment on a house. As it stands right now I have $51,000 saved. I need $120,000 to put down on a house according to the lender I contacted.
I hope to live to be 100 but there is no guarantee of that with the current health issues I have So the time is now for me to get a house rather than continuing to pay $2,500 a month for rent. If you can help, if my story touches you in any way, please give whatever you can.
I love my son with my whole heart. I have made sacrifices most people never have to make in order to keep my son alive and as healthy as he can be given his circumstances. I will do whatever I have to do in order to get my son a house that is his, one he can not be kicked out of just because his mother died.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
