Help our family in Gaza to get a secure life

Hi , my name is Lina Alkhazendar. I am a dentist from war-torn Gaza, Palestine. a Mum of three (Alya 4, Kamal 2, Yusuf 9 months).

I am fundraising to help and support my family coping with our new realities as homeless hopeless and despaired.

We are currently displaced and have been evacuated to Egypt my home was bombed and burned in Gaza City.

The situation is so bad and I still have extended family in Gaza who need support. The lack of necessities like food, water, and medicine takes a toll on everyone, especially my children. But amidst the hardship, there's an unwavering spirit of resilience and our will to rebuild our home and return to where we belong to the cause of our being to provide for my family.

We are a hard-working family who built a cozy home for us and our 3 children, we teach them to love respect, and be calm in difficult times, our life changed upside down overnight, and been forced to leave all our belongings, memories and loved ones behind and flee to a shelter in southern Gaza.

it's painful to remember what happened to my family in Rafah, and the agony we went through moving 6 times in the first month, no safe place to go no clean water, and no formula milk for my 5-month baby Yusuf at that time.

My children are in a shelter in Rafah.

My kids still remember the sound of bombing and explosions, and my 4-year-old daughter Alya still wakes up scared in the middle of the night running and putting her hands to cover her ears, telling me it's fireworks again.

HOW WILL WE USE THE MONEY ?!

Your donations will give our family a quick start to our new life, we will use the money to reunite my family in Egypt for now and help rebuild our home.

My husband and I worked hard for 10 years to build this house.

I will also use the donations to cover some of the evacuation fees .

My dear reader this story is not to emotionally engage you, it is about a human being trying to believe in humanity to help a family in despair.

I believe in society the power of people and the power of giving, please support me to make a difference in my family and my community together!
