Help me support an artist in the Philippines

Hello, I am a fanfiction writer who simply loves to create my story for entertainment. I write the story "A Waterbending Quirk", a crossover between the show Avatar: The Last Airbender and the anime My Hero Academia.

While some people create patreons for people to pay them to write, I refuse to do that. I want to have this story free for people to read, on all platforms. what I am hoping to do is create a full length comic/manga based off this story.

And now, I have something else. I have an artist doing it in the Philippines. He charges very low and is extremely talented, in fact charges far far less since he is desperate for work, but lately has been messaging me saying is very tight on cash, so I would like to help support him with a good cash flow. I want to help him be able to work comfortably and have a stable income from this.
