Help me take the plunge!
Donation protected
I am participating in a solo Sky Dive for the Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre North Wales on the 22nd July. Support me to take the plunge in raising money for an inspirational charity which changes the lives for many children, young people and adults who have experienced any form of sexual violence.
I am a counsellor who works for this charity and the reason why I decided to do this is I am absolutely petrified of heights…..
Yes re-read that.
I’ve read throwing yourself out of a plane can feel intense, overwhelming, scary, anxiety provoking and that’s just to name a few, but I can confess I feel all these emotions and more. However I’ve also read that skydiving can feel like a refreshing, incredible perspective on the world and feel a very rewarding experience.
I want to be that inspiration to you to take the plunge and free-fall with me and encourage that you can feel that too if you decide to engage in a service like RASASC to support you. I hope this can show you that you can conquer anything you can put your mind to and share my message that it‘s completely normal to feel a rollercoaster of emotions when you might consider additional support.
We’re a dedicated specialist team who endeavour to change the narrative from just existing to a life worth living. Take the plunge with me and support me to raise money for this fantastic cause. Any donation will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
