Help, save Al Salibi’s family to escape War in Palestine

Donation protected
Asalamu Alaikum,

Hello,

I am organising this fundraising from the UK for my friend B.Salibi, a 22 year old who studied new media, and was a proud student at Al-Quds Open University in Gaza. He reaches out with a heavy heart, as the place he once called home has been destroyed by Israel, carpet bombing his house & everywhere else in Palestine . These Palestinian families have been suffering unimaginable pains & loss

Here is his story:

‘In the heart of Gaza, where dreams and resilience coexist, my family home, a haven of love and memories, lies in ruins. The recent difficulties have taken their toll, leaving us with the daunting task of rebuilding what was once a symbol of stability and warmth.
Now, I find myself in a position where I must humbly ask for your support to rebuild what has been lost. I will be launching this fundraiser to raise the resources needed to rebuild my family's home and or evacuate’.

B.Salibi’s family have lost everything, they are homeless & displaced several times, their lives are in danger , they are suffering immensely. Life for them is a living hell for over 7 months. They have no access or very little access to the basic necessities like food, water, electricity, medical services & needs…
& his family are experiencing a devastating, terrifying and daunting reality. He has lost 63 members of his family due to the ongoing bombardments & genocide on the Palestinians by Israel.
PALESTINE is unrecognisable, life there is nonexistent & everything is a complete disaster with complete destructions.

Health issues:

They are really suffering greatly every day. They are all mentally, physically & emotionally unwell.

His mother suffers from arthritis and knee pain, and she is old, 56 years old.
Medications required daily for his mother (but is only available at high prices) such as LITVIT, BETTER, MEDI-GM, vitamins C, and zinc.

And his sister, sufferers from from lack of oxygen, which has caused significant weakness in her eyesight and severe pain in her eyes.
Medications required daily for his sister such as Acetazolamide for glaucoma, Atropine eye drops, Aciclovir eye ointment (all these medications are hardly available).

Costs:
To cross the “Rafah” crossing between Gaza and Egypt, they will have to put down their names on the crossing list (paid permit), and the coordinators in Egypt who have the ability to add their names to the list at the border will then ask for the amount between $5,000 to $7,000 per adult & between $2,500 to $3,500 per child.

His family consists of 7 people.

Every donation, no matter the amount will help save lives! B.Salibi’s family will have the chance to travel to Egypt, to get the medical treatments they require, as they sustained injuries.
Your support will go beyond financial aid, it is a lifeline that will have a lasting impact on their lives. It will help them turn the page, towards a brighter and more hopeful chapter.

It will play a critical role in rebuilding his family's haven of love and safety. They just want to rebuild their lives, restore a sense of normalcy and security they once knew.

100% of donations (excluding transfer fees) will be transferred to S.Salibi’s family.

B.Salibi’s only hope is to live a life in peace & freedom. Too many innocent lives have been taken. For humanity, never stop voicing the oppressed!
