Help save my poor dog Sailor's leg

This is Sailor, aka "Pooder," and she is the most loved dog with the most undeserving story. Sailor was in a very serious car accident on her moms birthday, and she is lucky that this is the extent of her injuries.  Her leg is shattered, there is minimal muscle still attached, the doctor could only put 2 pins in instead of 4 because of the severity, and her entire leg is cracked.  This was a very delicate surgery with an even more delicate recovery that will determine if she can keep her leg.
We love to refer to Sailor as "the fastest Pood alive," and would love to continue to be able to.  Sailor does everything with us and we want to keep it that way. Her kitten brother, Ser Pounce, wants his playmate back, happy and healthy.
Hearing our babie's whimpers and seeing her apparent pain is killing us, and we want nothing more than the best care and outcome for her. The surgery and vet bills are already at $7000 and this is only the beginning- in preparation of the unfortunate outcome of losing her leg and all future vet visits- we will use any extra money towards those bills.  Anything helps and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
