Please Help them to rebuild their life after fire
Donation protected
To all my family, friends, contacts and everyone else that reads this post. On 12/19, my uncle and aunt experienced a horrific loss (that is probably on the top of a list for nightmares), loosing their house to a fire. (Current Mooresville,NC residents former residents of Bayshore, Long Island)
The house caught fire in the morning and firefighters battled the fire for hours. The flames engulfed their home leaving them with nothing (except support from family, friends and each other). The house literally burnt down to the ground with a few brick walls. Thankfully, they are ok physically, but mentally, emotionally and financially, it’s going to take time and the support of each of you, one day at a time, to deal with such a horrific tragedy. I am starting to collect clothes and the necessities (which many have offered and provided already). This is going to be a difficult road ahead but with the help of everyone, a giving community and everyone kindness I am hopeful that they will get a chance to get back on their feet and rebuild their lives one day at a time.
During this season of giving, I would ask each of you to donate whatever you can so that we can help them to get back on their feet, work to clean up the property and provide them with what they will need and to be able to provide a roof over their head and the essentials to live. Every little bit will help and I know they will be so grateful for your kindness and generosity. Please SHARE & SPREAD the word! (Sharing this on your own page will be very helpful too)
Their home was in Mooresville, NC and unfortunately they DIDN’T have Fire insurance. Really, they have lost EVERYTHING....
