our landlord is choosing to not renew our lease, leaving us with just barely a month to find somewhere. PLEASE HELP US!! i cant put my dogs through being homeless again.
Hey yall!
so anyone whos been following me for a while knows that at the end of june/beginning of May, my red husky Mora, suddenly got very sick. her total vet care costs to save her life came in around $8k
i did not have enough to cover this myself. i put all my rent/bill money towards it and then had to raise the rest on tiktok. and we did it! we saved moras life!
now unfortunately, because of taking time off work to care for her while she was sick, i was let go from my job which was my main source of income.
this left us with the inability to get the rent paid and other bills throughout the month. i have been applying to other jobs, and doing as much doordash as i can but we are still coming up short and are now at risk for losing our home.
you guys know i dont ask for help unless i absolutely have to. and i really have been trying to get it together myself via doordash/instacart/selling personal belongings but i just havent been able to cover everything alone.
the amount of the gofundme is enough to cover our rent for june, the car insurance so i can still have transportation, and for other bills we have this month. (phone/electric/water/car insurance)
by no means am i expecting this to be completely fulfilled, but literally anything helps at this point. a lot of yall met us when i was homeless 2 years ago with the dogs, id hate to have to repeat history. i am just desperate and willing to do whatever it takes to keep a roof over my pups heads even if it means humbling myself to ask for help again.
