Help Effie after losing everything

Effie Ambler has worked as a clerk for ATF for over 28 years in the Fort Lauderdale Field office and is loved by all that know her. She recently had an accident and fractured her hip. She has been in a rehab center for the last month and her mobile home was recently deemed uninhabitable. Her supervisor, Kent Finch and coworkers are working to get her into an assisted living facility as she is currently being released with no place to call home. We are looking to raise money for her expenses as well as to purchase items for her new home as there was little, if nothing, that was salvageable in her previous residence. She had to unexpectedly retire due to her physical health and she will not receive any payment from her retirement as a GS-5 for a minimum of 3 months. She has extremely limited income and no family to assist her. Fortunately Kent graciously took charge from the beginning and has been successful in finding her a new place to live and set the wheels in motion for her to have a smooth transition into retirement.
