Hi everyone, my name is Jo Law and I’m raising funds to help assist with bills while I am away receiving cancer treatment in Kelowna.
Life really comes at you fast. To my utter disbelief, I was diagnosed with cancer just a few days ago and as a result need to move to Kelowna immediately for 7 weeks to receive a pretty intense schedule of radiation and chemotherapy. It’s a lot for me right now. The folks at BC Cancer have been lovely and thankfully treatments and lodging are covered. However, my partner Dave and I will be missing work during this time and therefore, I humbly call on our community to help with financial assistance towards 3 months of bills so we may focus on successfully navigating treatment & healing.
