Support Kyle's Recovery and Family Needs
Donation protected
For those of you who know my brother Kyle, you know he is truly a great man. One of the best there is. A hard worker, a kind soul, a fun guy and above ALL a devoted father to his two boys.
On Saturday June 22nd around 8:45 pm, the unthinkable happened. Kyle was unexpectedly thrown off the back of his boat while out on Eagle Mountain Lake near Fort Worth, Texas. He was backed up over and his thighs and knees were torn to shreds by the propellers. He was able to get himself to the surface of the water using his arms and will to live. He called for help, and luckily was rescued by 3 selfless heroes who tied tourniquets around his legs, called 911 and got him to shore safely where he was CareFlited to a Level Trauma 1 Center in Fort Worth at Harris Methodist. He has already undergone two surgeries, with more on the horizon.
We are so grateful that Kyle is alive. The doctors hope he will be able to walk again, and we know that he will. We also know this is going to be a long recovery, an uphill battle and a huge financial struggle for Kyle and his family. Kyle's main concern is his sons. He is working tirelessly to make sure they are growing up to be good men and kind souls as well. Kyle owns his own elevator inspection company; however he obviously cannot work right now, which adds more financial strain and stress.
So, we are humbly asking for your help. No donation is too big or too small and ALL money collected will go to Kyle's medical bills and family.
Here is a preliminary list of the expenses Kyle will have:
• Staggering Hospital Bills
• Continuing Rehabilitation Costs
• Mortgage, Home Bills, and Costs of Living
We will continue to add more specifics to this list as we receive them.
We are eternally grateful to the community and appreciate all the care, concerns and PRAYERS for Kyle that have come his way.
