Help Our Tesla Walk Again

Meet Tesla. She is 50% Vizsla, 50% Pit bull and 100% snugly love! Tesla is gentle, affectionate, exuberant, and did I mention snugly? Curled up with us on the lounge chair or in the bed are her favorite places to be!
Tesla is a rescued girl. She and her newborn litter (her first and only litter) were abandoned and scheduled to be euthanized. We took the 10 dogs in and nurtured them until the puppies were ready for adoption. Once good homes were found for the puppies, we had to decide what to do with Tesla. Well, by that time, she had already earned our love and trust. We just had to keep her. And she has always been the most incredible family companion. We couldn't imagine our lives without her.
Tesla loves her exercise. That natural exuberance translates to raw power out on the hiking trails. Sometimes too much exuberance and power. Because of her love for vigorous exercise, she has damaged her knees in a way that is typical for a dog like Tesla. She tore her left ACL (a primary structural ligament in the rear legs) and did partial damage to the right ACL.
Now she cannot put any weight on her left rear leg and hopping on the leg with partial damage will eventually tear the rest of the ligament. Tesla needs knee surgery immediately.
The surgery to repair both knees isn't cheap. But Tesla is young, and so full of life, love and energy. We must get her walking again. Otherwise her life would be miserable.
We are asking you, fellow members of the dog loving community to help us get Tesla's knees repaired.
