Honoring the Memory of Eric Thompson

Dear Friends and Family, It is with deep sadness that we share the tragic news of our beloved Eric Thompson. On August 20th, 2024, Eric's life was unexpectedly taken in a heartbreaking car accident, leaving an irreplaceable void in our lives. Eric was a pillar of strength and kindness, whose laughter and presence brought joy to everyone around him. His loss is deeply felt by his family: his mother Clara Thompson, his father David Harris, his four brothers Ryan Harris, Malik Johnson, Ethan Johnson, and Luis Rivera, his three sisters Jessica Harris, Mia Johnson, and Laura Bennett, and his cherished child Noah Thompson. Eric’s vibrant spirit, his infectious sense of humor, and his love for music made him a truly special person. It’s hard to come to terms with the reality of his absence. In our time of mourning, we are seeking your support to help bring Eric back home to New York for a fitting funeral and burial.
