Please help single mum pay rent

Let me start with this: I hate asking for money. But this time I feel like I have no other choice than to ask for help.  After the sudden breakup with my daughter's dad in February I was left with rent and bills to pay with no income. I immediately started looking for work again, applied for Universal Credit and made an appointment to renew my passport in order to apply for Settled Status.  Then Covid-19 came and made everything extremely complicated. The passport appointment was canceled. The work places I've applied to all closed or refused new workers.  After speaking to Citizens Advice, the Council, DWP, EU Settlement Resolution Center, German Embassy in London and Bristol, Social services and Shelter and our local MP multiple times, I am still left stranded with conflicting information, no guidance and no financial support.  I have been refused Universal Credit four times despite explaining my situation to them, but without that Settled Status I'm not entitled to any benefits. A status I can't get without an updated ID document. A document I physically cannot get because of the pandemic.  I've lived here since 2012, I've worked, paid taxes, made friends and have now spent four years raising my gorgeous daughter/superhero.  I want to continue being able to live in this house, which is near her family and close friends, and also near the school she will be attending in September.  Please help me keep my child in the environment she knows. I've done and continue to do everything I can to support her wellbeing, but at the moment I can't do that without your help.  Thank you so much. *** if at some point my situation changes and I'm able to pay rent again, any surplus will be donated to the Samaritans!
