Hollymount Primary School Half Marathon
After our students' success in The Big Pedal, it is time for the parents and teachers to step up!
Lockdown has turned our lounges into home-gyms, and for many of us, walking, jogging and running have become the pastimes we never knew we needed. We are hoping to channel that love of running into something great for the school!
On 19th September 2021, Hollymount's inspirational Headteacher, Mr Birnage will be running the Hampton Court Half Marathon along with over 60 parents and teachers!
Over the same period, students from the school will be completing a daily, mile-long run for 13 days in order to complete their half-marathon with us.
The Hollymount PTA works hard to put on exciting fundraising activities for the school throughout the year. Over this past year our fundraising activities have been severely impacted and this event is one of the few ways which we can raise money, so please do give generously.
We are aiming to raise at least £10,000 for the new computers and servers for the school's new ICT suite and future projects to further enrich the children's education. Please help to support those parents and teachers listed below who are challenging themselves to help the school.
