I was asked by Ingrid Smith, Clement Emmanuel Lejuez's mother to start a GoFundMe to request donations to cover his funeral costs and other private costs. The day after this GoFundMe was started, this lady dishonestly and dishonorably took to Facebook to then tell people not to donate to the cause and pretended as if she never requested it. She has also clearly chosen to let the government dispose of his remains in a manner contrary to his wishes. That is her prerogative as a his mother. This has led to me blocking any new donations. I have also clearly stated that anyone who wants their money back, can contact me. If anyone cares to contribute to cover the other costs, not related to his funeral, feel free to make this known. For now, this good act has taken a decidedly ugly turn and I am closing the chapter on it. I don't know how to refund donations on this platform, but I am certain it should be possible. This will GoFundMe will remain active so long as anyone wants to get their donation back or to contact me if they care to help otherwise.
