IMA Solar Energy Project
Tax deductible
International Medical Alliance of Tennessee needs solar panels for their location in the Dominican Republic. The investment in solar panels will save a substantial amount of money for IMA and is expected to reduce the energy bill by greater than 50%. Having solar panels will allow future donations to be utilized for direct medical care rather than going towards energy costs. Every donation will make an impact. The funds raised on this platform will go directly to obtaining solar panels.
An area of primary focus for IMA is in the Dominican Republic, where they have been working for more than 20 years. IMA provides ophthalmologic care, including cataract surgery and glaucoma care, general medicine clinics for diseases like diabetes and hypertension, dentistry, and Women's health clinics. IMA has assisted thousands of people over the years, thanks to generous donors. The most recent trip in March 2022 was able to evaluate 588 patients and provide them with medications. Primary care and women's health were the focus of this trip.
