Support Ingrid's Journey to Wellness and Strength

If you are reading this story, then you are a lover of all things Ingrid. Ingrid is best described as a lover of God first; after that, she pours her life into the lives of others like no one I’ve ever seen.

Ingrid has great compassion for others. She is courageous and strong in the light of her battle with Crohn’s disease. Her condition has become increasingly dire and she needs our help.

Throughout her journey over the past year, Ingrid has seen many doctors and has been under the care of many practitioners. The treatments she has received so far have only given temporary improvement at best. She is currently working with a practitioner who has been most helpful in educating and equipping Ingrid and her family with what she needs to do to gain weight and decrease inflammation in her GI system.

Part of this program includes using a very high-speed blender, Thermomix, for food preparation.

The intent of the fundraiser is to purchase this commercial blender, and the balance of the fundraiser will go towards out-of-pocket medical expenses as lifestyle treatments are not covered by insurance. We are also asking that each person pray on Friday night for Ingrid's healing sometime close to sundown or whenever it’s convenient for you. Each donor will receive a purple butterfly lapel pin as a reminder to pray for Ingrid. The women’s ministries team at the Collegedale Adventist Church will be spearheading this event.
