Ileana Claudio's Fight Againts Cancer

I turn to you with humility and hope for support of the help that abounds in your hearts. My beloved Niece Ileana Claudio is 41 yrs. old, a mother of two and is going through a process of treatment and battle against metastatic cancer, diagnosed since April 2022.

Her path has been full of challenges, from hospitalizations, operations, blood and platelet transfusions, embolism, thrombosis among others, to aggressive treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation. Despite everything, Ileana remains a true example of strength and faith. Her determination and love for her life are inspiring.

Due to recommendations from her doctor, Ileana is now in need of special evaluation and further treatment currently not available in Puerto Rico, these circumstances have force Ileana to seek further treatment in the United States which have forced her to leave her family behind with hopes of more advance care and treatment at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.

Those who know her know that she is a person with a lot of perseverance, hardworking and a fighter who loves what she does to help others. But, the energies to continue now must focus on her health and take a break from her work day.

Ileana, until now, had done everything possible according to her energy, even limiting her working hours to be able to cover these expenses, and not find herself in the painful situation of requesting help or contributions. The expenses from the beginning have been a challenge for her and her family members close to her who have never left her alone in the process.

This new phase entails a significant expense that exceed her financial capabilities and that is why we turn to you, seeking your help and generosity to help her cover medical, travel, relocation, personal and living expenses associated with this next step.
