IMPACT Express: Romania to Ukraine

I have donating $80,000.00 CAD of my personal funds in purchasing a vehicle and buying food, supplies and medicine to animals in need in Ukraine and Moldova.

I was in Ukraine at early part of the war in April 2022. I have continued the project from my home in Ottawa Canada with my dedicated colleagues.

I went back in Fall of 2023. Going between Romania/Ukraine/Moldova from September to November 2023.

I work along side Gabor Petru Ioan who has his own NGO Volunteers Without Borders

He has bravely been driving in supplies for me and many other groups. He has survived a exploding mine where he almost lost his arm. And barely made it on to ferry at border when missile hit the compound. Together we are going back to help the animals. Please consider visiting his site and supporting his cause.

 

I will work with the Red Panda Romania dog shelter in Bucharest (http://www.red-panda.ro/). You can directly support them if you like. They have already built up contacts in Ukraine and Romania for collecting and sending materials.

 

I have also received unbelievable support from Face Bucharest Distribution SLR. As we expand our capabilities, we will bring in more groups with materials to be sent to Ukraine.

 

The funds raised here will support the buying of food and supplies and the transportation of needed materials.

 

I will be documenting the mission through social media updates and YouTube videos (https://www.facebook.com/duanetaylor1970). I will clearly show all purchases made throughout the campaign.

 

I try hard to support those people who dedicate their time to helping animals that often get overlooked during times like these. The strays and the newly create strays from being abandoned. Much of our food gets distributed to people working on street level in outskirts of small villages or in areas devastated but combat.

Any donations are met with immense gratitude. You can be assured that 100% of everything donated will go to animals.

After a lot of red tape and legal issues I, along with my good friend representing Ziaja products in Romania are donating a cargo van to a group in Sumy region of Ukraine. They go to and beyond frontlines to rescue animals and help spread help.
