For Jane In Memory of Her Daughter Alice

We are fundraising for Jane in memory of her daughter Alice, who passed away last Saturday, June 19th, 2021.

Jane’s only child Alice passed away after a long and hard, 6 ½ year battle with cancer. Alice was a gifted child and an amazing artist. Her passion for anime and painting kept her focused on attending College at one of the best Art schools in the country. Alice continued her studies at TEC Connections Academy (TECCA ), one of two virtual public schools in Massachusetts. She knew how to navigate her way through the online learning process. Her friendships that she developed not just through online schooling grew through her anime fan club. She continued to dream what all children dream about. She truly had many incredible gifts to share.


You can imagine, Jane’s heart is shattered. Her daughter, as we think it is for any parent, was her everything. To have a child pass before a parent is tragic. To watch your child suffer for years is unthinkable.

For those of you who know Jane, we think you would agree that three words describe her best: soft spoken and sweet. She is not the type to expect or ask for any help or support. This Go Fund Me is a gift to Jane, by all who donate, in loving memory of Alice, in hopes that Jane can have some time and space to mend her broken heart, without having to be consumed by the financial toll these past years have taken.
