In Loving Memory of Jose Isidro Mendez Alvarado

Hello, my name is Emely Lopez and I’m reaching out for help on behalf of my grandfather Jose Isidro Mendez Alvarado. He has been struggling with end stage renal failure and his condition has worsened. He cannot wait any longer and urgently needs a kidney transplant. He has fought so hard but constant treatments and multiple visits to the hospital have taken a huge toll on him physically and mentally. The doctors believe that the only way he can live past this year is with a kidney transplant.
