In Memory of Rachelle Lui (2.25.1984 - 8.17.2024)

Christmas was Rachelle’s favorite holiday, so much so that she couldn't just celebrate it for one day, or even one month. She celebrated “Christmas in July,” and would put on her favorite Hallmark movies in her Christmas pajamas with Christmas music playing in the background. She kept one of her many Christmas trees up all year round, which became the holiday tree that she’d decorate for all the different holidays and seasons. Christmas is a perfect representation of Rachelle and everything that she was to those around her - she was a light in this world, her laughter would warm your heart like drinking a cup of hot cocoa on a cold evening, her personality and smile as sparkly and vibrant as the lights on the tree, her generosity and love for giving gave Santa a run for his money, her strength, determination, and will to battle cancer was stronger than the sturdiest of Douglas-firs, and her love for fun and playfulness was like waking up on Christmas morning with snow on the ground, opening presents with your loved ones, and spending the day playing in the winter wonderland.

Rachelle will truly be missed by everyone who had the gift of knowing her. She was the best momma, wife, sister, daughter, and friend anyone could ever ask for.
