In Memory of Michael Rosenberg

On October 10, 2023, our beloved Michael Rosenberg Z"ll passed away from renal cell carcinoma. Michael’s family faces the great tragedy of this loss with incredibly heavy hearts and irreparable grief.

Michael was a one of a kind husband and father. His incredible kindness, caring nature, and playful sense of humour, made him a treasure to be around. There's no doubt that he was the smartest person in any room, yet also the most humble. Michael was an unquestionably loving and devoted father. He was a hero to his two daughters, Emily (5) and Sarah (3) who endlessly admired him. His entire world revolved around his little girls and his wonderful wife, Melissa. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him knew just how special he truly was.

As they have throughout his illness, Melissa, Emily and Sarah will need the love and support of their community in the days, weeks, months and years to come. Michael was a meticulous planner and aimed to provide for his family well beyond his last breath. One way we can honour him now is to help his family with any unexpected costs the future may bring as they transition into their new reality.

Michael will be deeply missed by every single person who knew him. May the memory of this kind, wonderful soul live on forever.
