We are at a crucial moment, with a chance to shape our Muslim community's future. At 220 Lakemba Street, Lakemba, NSW, we have the chance to transform a remembrance hall into a vibrant Islamic Centre. Your donation will go directly 100% to the Islamic Centre, which will serve the following purposes:

• A Dedicated Prayer Space: Uniting us in worship with daily five regular prayers, Friday congregational prayers, and Eid prayers.

• A Youth Hub: Creating a space to engage our youth, address their challenges, and connect them to our Islamic faith, helping them grow as practicing Muslims and Muslimahs.

• An Educational Centre: Providing special workshops, an Islamic school for our children, and a dedicated Islamic library for kids, ensuring they learn from reliable resources rather than relying solely on online information.

• A Women’s Development Centre: Empowering our sisters with Islamic resources and development programs to enable them to play an active role in our community

• A Funeral Service Team: Assisting families in times of loss, coordinating and supporting funeral arrangements.

To make this vision a reality, we need your help. So far, Alhumdulilah we’ve raised $1.1 million, but we urgently need an additional $1.2 million before the settlement date on December 15, 2024.
