Need a handicap accessible minivan

Hi my name is Jadelyn, I was born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) at the age of 18 months. SMA is a deteriorating disease that affects my motor neurons and limits my strength, it robs my ability to walk or stand. This disease also affects my lungs preventing me to live a normal and healthy life; even though I try my best to continue to fight this life threatening disease. I do not let SMA define who I am as an individual. SMA weakens my immune system and I try to stay as healthy as possible.
I am a spunky 18 year old girl and despite my disability I always have a smile on my face. I am told that I am a ray on sunshine and brighten everyone's day, which I love to do! I am funny, witty, and smart. I love to make people laugh and feel better.
I currently am a senior and extremely excited to graduate this June. I am looking forward to my senior prom. I am in need of an accessible van to allow me to fully venture out in the world and I would love to be able to give back to my community by volunteering. My mama does a lot for me and currently picks me up and puts me in the car (since I am very petite I sit in a car seat). I would love to have my independence and explore other areas with my motorized wheelchair. Having an accessible van would allow me do that. It would also help my mama by not having to pick me up all the time and lift the heavy manual chair out of the car. Accessible vans are extremely expensive and my parents do not have the financial means to purchase one. Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated it!!
Always,
Jadelyn
